Midwest Janitorial Service – a well-established and family-owned cleaning company – is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our evening cleaning team.
We are currently hiring for the following part-time evening positions:
- Monday through Friday, starting after 5:30 PM
Cleaning takes place in office and medical facilities with clients present.
Exceptional customer service, professionalism, and the ability to work safely around others are essential.
- Monday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, starting after 6:00 PM
Great for those looking for a flexible weekend option or supplemental hours.
This position also involves cleaning in a school/church setting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- General cleaning, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
- Restroom cleaning and sanitation
- Maintaining cleanliness in entrances, breakrooms, and conference rooms
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, lift 25–50 lbs., and stand for the entire shift
- Strict adherence to company safety policies
Requirements:
- Attendance and reliability are mandatory; must consistently report to work on time
- Reliable transportation to and between facilities
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to pass a nationwide background check
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
