Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and sometimes setting up for events. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties
- Load and verify inventory loaded onto your respective vehicle.
- Collaborate with clients on site to understand their event goals and objectives.
- Manage on-site event operations, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Gather feedback post-event to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of event details and inventory pre and post event.
Experience
- Delivery Driver experience preferred though not required
- No more than 1 ticket and 1 accident. (if more than that you may get denied by insurance)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work Monday thru Saturday required (split days off).
- A creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
