Compensation: Commission-only, performance-based. Event rentals average $250/hr with a 4-hour minimum ($1,000 per booking). Earnings depend on bookings managed.

- This is a commission-only contractor role with no base salary or hourly pay. Are you comfortable earning income based solely on commissions from bookings and bar sales? Y/N
- Do you have prior experience in event management, production, or hospitality where earnings were tied to performance (commissions, sales, or client contracts)?

- Our arts center requires compliance with Prince George’s County alcohol regulations (liquor license in place). Do you have any experience managing events with alcohol service?
- Event workloads can vary month to month. Are you comfortable with the fact that earnings may fluctuate based on performance and number of bookings secured?
- This role requires actively promoting the center and bringing in bookings. Are you comfortable with the sales and outreach aspect of this position? And if you are, please provide in detail what you'd do within the first 60 days to book commission events.
