Event Sales Coordinator – The Grand Theater in Anaheim

For over 15 years, The Grand Theater has been a sought-after venue for all events such as weddings, quinces, concerts, conferences and much more. As our business expands, we’re looking for a passionate and high-performing Event Sales Coordinator to lead the charge in booking various events.
This position is focused on venue sales — ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, exceeding booking goals, and helping all of our future clients celebrate their biggest day.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first and lasting impression for all clients looking to host their event at The Grand Theater by responding promptly to all inquiries
- Conduct warm, personalized venue tours that highlight The Grand Theater’s charm and flexibility.
- Build trust and rapport to convert leads into signed contracts — your monthly goal is 12+ bookings.
- Craft compelling proposals, manage contract negotiations, and close the deal with professionalism.
Event Coordination & Support
- Manage leads and CRM tasks, ensuring efficient follow-up and client tracking.
- Support planning logistics post-booking by answering client questions and sharing our trusted vendor lists.
- Handle occasional private events, quinceañeras, and corporate bookings.
- Jump in where needed — whether it’s prepping the space for a VIP tour or assisting with weekend walkthroughs.

Job Details
- Schedule: 10 AM – 6 PM, with Wednesdays and Sundays off (subject to event needs).
- Compensation: $21.50/hour plus 2% commission on all bookings.
