Title: Event Security Officer - College World Series
Location: Downtown Omaha, NE
Pay Rate: $19.00-$19.50
Event Dates: June 9-June 25
Shift Hours:
- Day Shifts: 7am-3pm
- Evening Shifts: 3pm-11pm, 12pm-7pm
- Overnight Shifts: 10pm-6am, 11pm-7am
This position is an event security officer position for TWO WEEKS. If you decide after the event has ended you would like a part-time or full-time job with Signal, that may be an option available.
Responsibilities: The officer will perform various security duties as outlined by contract requirements and site-specific post orders. These duties may include:
- Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors
- Enforcement of Client and Company policies and procedures
- Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards
- Conduct of routine foot patrols in and around the area
- Reporting of all pertinent issues and incidents to the site supervisor, the client and/or other management as necessary
- Interaction with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, employees and the general public
- Other duties as assigned
This position will require work outside in varying temperatures. This position requires standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, bending and potentially lifting.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills
- Must be able to maintain site specific security orders
- Must be able to pass a background check & drug test
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a working and functional smart phone with data to conduct reports
- Must own personal transportation or have reliable transportation to get to work
High School Diploma or GED is required.

Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
