- Manage and maintain the CUPS Mission Events Calendar, ensuring all events are scheduled accurately and updated regularly.
- Assist in the confirmation and follow-up process for all CUPS Mission events, ensuring clear communication with participants and stakeholders.
- Organize, track, and maintain comprehensive records of all event agreements and related documentation.
- Book and coordinate travel arrangements for individuals attending events on behalf of CUPS Mission, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries.
- Play a lead role in event-related lead generation and follow-through, supporting outreach efforts and helping grow participation and engagement.
- This will be done through a strategic, cold calling process in order to make contact with prospects and form relationships so that they are then nurtured into partnering alongside CUPS Mission.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), CFO, and Executive Director to support seamless event planning and execution.
- Support the event planning team with additional administrative and logistical tasks as needed.
- Attend events and conferences when needed to support and expose the mission, vision, and goals of CUPS to new potential stakeholders.
- Assist in the assimilation of and engagement at the Honor events to build relationships and begin a pipeline of interaction with churches.
- Work with the Director of Radio Partnerships and the Executive Director to assist in the assimilation and engagement with the radio contacts to build relationships and begin a pipeline of interaction with potential radio partners.
- Work alongside the Executive Director to develop and execute his various event opportunities, including but not limited to:
- Pastor Events, speaking events, CUPS Extravaganzas, Board Weekends, etc.
40% Donor Engagement:
- Contact every first-time donor to increase the likelihood of them sending a second donation.
- Create a “welcome” packet for first-time donors.
- Reach out to all major donors and donations that are received each month to foster good relationships.
- Communicate to Mike/Jack which donors they need to reach out to.
- Speak with all new monthly partners/donors to demonstrate appreciation for their contribution so that they will be more likely to continue giving.
- Follow up with donors who have canceled or reduced their monthly gift.
- Recognize and show appreciation to monthly partners.
- Create a monthly giving “perk.”
- Engage with historical one-time givers in hopes that they will become more consistent donors to CUPS Mission.
- Manage the Gratavid platform.
- Provide touchpoints for CUPS Partners, radio stations, and churches, who have special needs (sickness, death of a loved one, etc.)
- Produce and send out monthly Partner Letters and Middle of the Month Letters (MOMS) to all individuals who have donated to CUPS Mission.
- This includes collecting and curating stories of success from the on-the-ground staff about how lives are being impacted through CUPS’ services.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
