We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has proven experience supporting C-suite leaders. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in maximizing the CEO’s efficiency by managing priorities, coordinating key initiatives, and handling a wide range of executive responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, travel, and meeting logistics with precision and foresight
- Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-ups
- Draft, edit, and manage internal and external communications, reports, and strategic documents
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution
Project & Operational Assistance
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables related to ongoing business operations and strategic projects
- Conduct research, manage special projects, and provide support for time-sensitive tasks
- Maintain and optimize digital tools and systems including task managers, file structures, and notes
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience directly supporting C-suite executives , preferably in high-growth companies, startups, or the consumer/wellness space
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, problem-solve on the fly, and act with urgency and ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished tone
- Highly tech-savvy; comfortable navigating platforms like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and similar tools
- Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and trustworthy—with the judgment to operate in sensitive and high-impact situations
- Exceptionally organized with strong time management and follow-through instincts
