Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various projects and events.
Duties
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling calls and inquiries on behalf of executives.
- Assist with event planning, including logistics, venue selection, and coordination of attendees.
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives by managing daily tasks and priorities effectively.
- Maintain organized office operations by performing clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring effective communication among team members.
- Transcribe meeting notes and documents accurately for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before final submission or distribution.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation.
Experience
- Proven experience in an executive administrative support role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in project coordination or event planning is advantageous but not required.
