Executive Assistant
Status: Full-time
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Associates Degree of higher required
Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution preferred
Experience: Three years administrative support
Two years’ accounting, budgets, office finance or office management
Experience with Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable preferred
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management
Excellent verbal and written skills
Creative mind, problem solver, flexible
Capable of handling high volume of data entry
Duties:
Assist Director of Operations
Maintain compliance:Fund Administration of employee hours, contributions, enrollment and member status.
Assist receptionist: greet clients, answers phones etc.
Ensure timely invoicing or remittance lists & payments
Assist in creating and maintaining annual budgets
Create accounting and utilization reports for board meetings
Manage Fund contracts
Manage large capacity multi-function copier
Work and assist Director of Operations
Organize office and operational procedures
Coordinate with IT on all equipment
Purchase and maintain supplies
Manage bulk mailings, assembly of packet materials
Assist and manage storage and retrieval of records
Supervise and train other support staff
Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
Compensation package includes: Vacation, Personal & Sick Leave., health, dental, vision insurance
Federal and State Holidays paid.
