About Us:
Salt Lake Valley Auto Group is a growing, multi-franchise automotive group operating high-performing dealerships throughout the Salt Lake metro area. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, strategic growth, and an uncompromising customer experience. As the Executive Manager and owner, I’m seeking a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to act as a trusted right hand—someone who can anticipate needs, manage chaos with calm, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and managing a high volume of communications, scheduling, and requests across multiple dealerships and projects
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings with internal leaders and external partners, and help prepare agendas and follow-ups
Assist in preparing, editing, and reviewing internal and external communications, presentations, and reports—including those for manufacturers, legal counsel, and banking partners
Track key operational initiatives, dealership projects, and acquisition milestones; help keep leadership accountable and organized
Handle sensitive information with discretion and a high level of professionalism
Coordinate travel arrangements, vendor logistics, and occasional event planning
Liaise with legal, accounting, real estate, and manufacturer contacts as needed
Support personal tasks and executive preferences to maximize productivity and reduce friction
You’re a Fit If You:
Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high expectations and little hand-holding
Have exceptional organizational and communication skills—both written and verbal
Are detail-oriented but not paralyzed by perfectionism; you know when 90% is enough
Are tech-savvy (Google Workspace, calendar tools, Excel, Slack or similar)
Can keep track of a thousand moving parts and still know where your boss left his keys
Have experience supporting C-level executives or high-stakes decision-makers
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in automotive, real estate, private equity, or high-growth small business settings
Familiarity with legal or finance terminology (APAs, equity agreements, etc.)
A calm demeanor under pressure and a good sense of humor
