Our organization is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team and who is fluent in Spanish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily activities and tasks.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to executive staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
