The Executive Business & Finance Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting high-level decision-making, streamlining financial processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to track expenses, optimize budgets, and improve financial processes.
- Support contract management, vendor negotiations, and other business agreements.
- Oversee administrative and operational tasks to ensure the CEO's time is effectively allocated.
- Conduct research, manage special projects, and assist with long-term financial planning.
- Act as a key liaison between the executive team and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and execution of company initiatives.
What You Bring
- A background in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a business support, finance, or administrative role (hospitality industry experience is a plus).
- Strong financial literacy, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive business information.
