Pay rate: $22-$23
Hours: 25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Friday, between the hours of 1:30 pm- 6:00 pm

Help support your community to grow and thrive
Responsibilities :
Support and maintain a safe and emotionally supportive environment
Implement lesson plans that support summer learning goals
Collaborate with adult instructors to support their (youth-driven curriculum)
Model BACR Best Practices (See employee handbook for Best Practices)
- Ability to commute to Antioch
- Ability to work Monday – Friday until 6:00 pm for the duration of the school year (hours will be determined at time of offer, between 20 – 30 hours per week until 6:00 pm)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and TB test clearance
- Must have an AA degree or higher, 48 + college credits OR pass the Instructional Aide Exam
- Must be able to communicate openly in a professional manner with students, parents, community partners, and BACR staff.
- Have strong classroom management skills
- Experience working with elementary youth preferred responsibilities
- Ability to plan and facilitate activities for up to 20 students
- Must be able to work independently or part of a team
- Actively supervise and ensure student safety at all times
- Model positive and proactive attitudes, behaviors, and language
