Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables, including but not limited to Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, and Restylane, in a clinical or med-spa setting without supervision.
Expertise: Proficient in administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
Availability: 1-2 days a week and a minimum of one Saturday or Sunday a month
Licensing: Valid and up-to-date RN, NP, or PA license for New York State.
Professionalism: High standards of professionalism in interactions with clients and colleagues.
Adaptability: Eager and open to learning new techniques, procedures, and brand language.

Client Experience: Deliver a comprehensive and elevated experience for clients, starting from the moment they enter the treatment room.
Service Excellence: Utilize brand-driven customer service and injector training to provide unique and memorable experiences for each client.
Outcome Focused: Achieve exceptional results and consistent service by following a detailed assessment process using Canfield Vectra software, collaborating with clients on treatment goals, performing treatments, and monitoring post-treatment outcomes under the Medical Director’s supervision.
Treatment Administration: Administer best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments in accordance with guidelines and under appropriate supervision.
Consultation: Conduct thorough client consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
Brand Promotion: Utilize Lov MedSpa resources and tools to enhance the branded client experience.
Education: Educate clients about all offerings of Lov MedSpa using client engagement scripts.
Sales Strategy: Cross-sell additional procedures and products that complement treatments and enhance results.
Team Collaboration: Work synergistically with Lov MedSpa management, ownership, injectors, and support staff.
Compliance: Adhere to required protocols, requests, and compliance policies diligently.
IT Proficiency: Effectively utilize all IT systems, including but not limited to Canfield Imaging Software, patient EMR systems, and client engagement software.
