Property Management Company seeking an experienced assistant property manager:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
- Rent collection
- Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests
- Scheduling tours to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions
- Assist with the processing of rental applications i.e. employment verification, landlord references
- Assist maintenance staff and outside vendors with scheduling and providing access to units
- Perform quarterly inspection of units
- Report any lease violations, enforce House Rules, Lease Provisions, Parking Agreements, as Management outlines
- Generate and post notices to enter
- Respond to after hour emergencies as needed
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years on-site experience with references
- Experience with Microsoft Excel Software
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to support relationships with prospects and current tenants
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Effective time management, including prioritization of time sensitive items, and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Competency with data entry, Excel and Google Drive
Education:
- High school or equivalent
Experience:
- Customer service:5 years
- Administrative: 5 years
- Property management: 5 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
