We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various clerical tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in patient information.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, services, and specials.
- Maintain organized records of patient information, appointments, and payments through data entry.
- Utilize Meevo, Demandforce and Outlook for scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Handle patient requests and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, maintaining supplies, and managing front desk operations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Clerk or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment is essential.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and record management.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in hospitality or personal assistant roles is a plus but not required.
