About Us: Welcome to our Dental Assistant Ad! Spring Valley Dental Care was founded by Dr. Mounir Mady in 1977 and has continued on with Dr. John Mady since 2013. We have a great space in a stand alone building, with ample parking. We currently have two Hygienists, three Assistants, and one office manager, and one Treatment Coordinator. Our focus is quality general dentistry, IV Sedation, Dental Implants, AOX, Crowns, Fillings, Root Canals, and Hygiene Visits. We refer Orthodontics & Pediatrics. We're all about customer service, being friendly, and making patients feel as comfortable as possible. Our goals are to expand and be efficient as a team so we can all succeed!
Responsibilities:
Anticipates, prepared, pro-active, and self-sufficient in all aspects of being part of a professional dental team.
Positive Attitude who always sees the bright side of things and works well with others.
Assist doctor, hygienists, and front office.
Able to communicate with patients pre-assessments for treatment plans, pre-op, and post op frequently asked questions and post-operative care instructions.
Helps us reach monthly goals but at the same being an advocate for - and helping - patients. Confident, organized, and passionate Dental Assistant
Requirements: Highly Experienced Dental Assistant , 5+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Assistant. Strong communication skills. Great understanding of clinical dentistry. Empathetic and patient-first in your approach. Comfortable discussing treatment, pre-assessments, triages, and post-operative instructions. Working closely with doctors, hygienists, and treatment coordinators to ensure patients understand their treatment options after the doctor has explained them.
Wage Range: $28-$33 / hr + bonuses & benefits depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:40am-6pm, 1 hour lunch (subject to change)
Software & Equipment: Dentrix, Dexis, CBCT, itero
