Position Summary
We are actively seeking experienced Outside Sales Representatives to represent our services across Washington, D.C. This is a field-based, commission-only opportunity best suited for motivated professionals with a solid track record in door-to-door or outside sales. You’ll be responsible for educating residents about their energy choices and helping them secure cost-effective solutions.
This is a performance-driven environment with clear paths to leadership, substantial weekly earnings, and real career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel throughout designated residential zones in the D.C. metro area
- Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners and renters
- Identify inflated or unstable energy bills and recommend cost-saving alternatives
- Utilize company-provided systems, training, and scripts to drive conversions
- Maintain a consistent, ethical, and professional sales presence in the field
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or commission-based roles
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing time and territory effectively
- Strong work ethic and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment
- Personal vehicle required for daily travel
- Preferred: Available to start within 24–48 hours

- 100% commission-based role with weekly earnings paid every Friday

Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Up to 2 call-offs per month (must provide 24-hour notice)
- No-call/no-show policy strictly enforced
