We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our home health team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing patient documentation and schedules, ensuring that all services are provided in a timely manner, and providing support to the care team. The ideal candidate will have prior home health experience, excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Fax via emails, coordinate home health services for patients.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
- Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and family members to ensure timely and appropriate services are provided.
- Answer Phones
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
