Fayette County National Bank has an opening for an Experienced Loan Officer in the Fayetteville/ Oak Hill area. Successful candidate should have 5 years of lending experience with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
Essential duties include:
· Candidate should have experience in consumer, mortgage and commercial lending.
· Be able to conduct sales calls, meet with perspective and existing customers to establish new loan business.
· Gather and assemble supporting documents for loan applications, including income tax records, balance sheets, appraisals, credit reports, and other information needed for loan evaluation.
· Assemble and maintain complete loan files.
· Administer individual loan portfolio.
· Review loan reports to determine the status of payment and work with customers to collect outstanding balances.
