Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of remodeling and construction, with the ability to work on diverse projects ranging from replacing drywall, flooring, kitchen cabinets, doors, painting interior and exterior, replacing windows, plumbing, a/c duct work, etc. We have a mobile home that is a rental unit and we are looking to renovate the home. We have one employee and are looking for someone to help him with this project. We will pay 40 hours per week until the project is completed, so we have listed this job as temporary. We estimate minimum one month of full time work needed.
Responsibilities
- Execute remodeling projects including kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring installation, and general construction tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Proficient in various remodeling techniques including carpentry, flooring installation, plastering, stucco application, tile laying, and roofing.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel to purchase materials needed for the job.
We are offering pay commensurate to skill set.

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
