Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced painter with 2 to 4 years of painting experience (a little more or less is fine if you're the right fit). The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings with precision, including brush, roll, and spray techniques
- Ensure a clean and organized job site at all times
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Follow safety guidelines and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
