Musa-Obregon Law, P.C., a respected and client-focused law firm with a strong presence in New York City, is seeking an experienced and driven full time Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our growing litigation team. Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator with a proven record of success handling serious personal injury matters and trials in New York.
This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact cases, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in the firm’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage a full caseload of complex personal injury cases from intake through trial.
· Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, depositions, motions, mediation, and trial.
· Conduct jury trials in New York Supreme Court and Federal Court.
· Evaluate claims, develop litigation strategies, and negotiate settlements.
· Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
· Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
Qualifications:
· J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
· Minimum 7 years of experience in personal injury litigation with trial experience.
· Strong knowledge of New York Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR).
· Excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
· Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
