Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness.
- Provide custodial services in commercial settings when required.
- Assist with cooking or meal preparation if requested by clients.
- Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Uphold high standards of customer service while interacting with clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and sanitation protocols is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently without supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the day.
