Location: Nationwide travel (assignments lasting 4–6 weeks)
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday with potential weekend and overtime hours

About the Role
We are looking for skilled Tower Technicians (Level II or III) to join a dynamic telecom infrastructure team that delivers high-performance wireless solutions—spanning cell towers, rooftop sites, fiber, small cells, and microwave systems. Our work environment prioritizes safety, precision, and dependable client service.
Duties
- Perform wireless equipment installations, retrofits, and service on towers, rooftops, and pole-mounted sites
- Follow technical plans, construction drawings, and project specifications
- Actively participate in daily safety briefings, task planning, and site evaluations
- Identify and address job site hazards in accordance with company safety protocols
- Ensure deliverables meet quality benchmarks and are completed on schedule
- Use RF and fiber testing equipment (Anritsu, OTDR, PIM testers, etc.) for diagnostics and commissioning
- Submit daily documentation including job reports, time tracking, and close-out packages
- Take responsibility for the condition and inventory of tools, gear, and company vehicles
- Support incident investigations and the implementation of corrective measures
Required:
- 1+ year of field experience in tower climbing or telecom site work
- Familiarity with antenna alignment tools and mechanical/electrical hand tools
- Active certifications: OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, RF Awareness, Comtrain or equivalent, NWSA TTT1/TTT2
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
- Willingness to travel extensively (4–6 week deployments)
- Physically fit and able to use full climbing PPE and hand tools
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Able to use GPS-enabled timekeeping apps and basic computer tools
Preferred:
- Experience working with national carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile)
- Competent in rigging and operating lifts, trailers, or other job site equipment
- Skilled with test instruments (e.g., PIM, Anritsu, OTDR, ODM)
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and understand load charts or structural guidelines
Physical Demands:
- Comfortable climbing towers up to 500 feet
- Capable of lifting 50+ lbs
- Works effectively outdoors in all seasons
- Open to possible night shifts and extended workdays
- Must pass routine drug screenings

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
