AAA Animal Hospital is seeking a reliable and experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a minimum of 3 years of front office experience in a veterinary setting. This position is strictly for the front office only. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule who is available to work on Saturdays.
AAA Animal Hospital has been in Corona, Ca. since 1990. We are a very well-established hospital with a great team. We treat our patients as if they were our own pets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and patients, creating a welcoming first impression
- Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage reminders
- Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
- Handle invoicing, payment processing, and maintain organized medical records
- Educate clients on hospital services, basic veterinary products, and care protocols
- Communicate clearly with veterinarians and team members to ensure seamless service
- Keeping the front lobby clean, organized and restocked
- Scanning and record keeping
- High customer service
- Team player
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a veterinary CSR or receptionist
- Strong knowledge of veterinary medical terminology, products, and protocols
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual with a flexible schedule, including availability on Saturdays
- Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a true love for animals and people
- Veterinary software (Avimark)experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
