Expo / Food Runner (Now Hiring)
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic team member to join our fast-paced, scratch kitchen. The Expo / Food Runner will help ensure dishes get from the line to guests quickly and accurately, while supporting the kitchen team. This role is a great opportunity to learn the flow of the kitchen and grow into a Line Cook position.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to recipe specifications with precision and consistency.
- Assist in the development of rotating menu specials alongside the Chef.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health codes.
- Complete prep work and daily mise en place to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold Rowdy Creek Ranch standards.
- Follow food safety protocols and maintain current certification.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Current Texas Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Must be available for scheduled shifts: Thursday through Sunday.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
