We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Facilities Associate to support day-to-day property and facilities operations within a high-profile, white-glove office environment. This role involves frequent interaction with clients, facility managers, and tradespeople while ensuring the space is well-maintained and issues are addressed proactively through proper documentation and coordination.
Work Environment Highlights:

- 500,000 sq. ft. space requiring consistent walkthroughs and issue tracking
- You will not be performing hands-on repair work, but will oversee and help coordinate necessary tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the client’s proprietary ticketing system
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of all floors (goal: walk each floor once weekly) to identify and log maintenance issues
- Submit and track tickets for preventative and reactive maintenance
- Coordinate with facility managers, vendors, and trades (carpenters, electricians, etc.)
- Ensure a high standard of appearance and function across the office environment
- Provide white-glove customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities, property management, or hotel operations
- Experience working in a formal, professional office setting (not startup environments)
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to proprietary systems
- High level of professionalism and customer service mindset
- Business attire required daily
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with NYC building operations and understanding of basic trade responsibilities (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing)
- Prior exposure to corporate property management or luxury hospitality settings

Pay: $24.25 - $28.00 per hour
