About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and repair operations across multiple restaurant locations. This role is essential in ensuring our restaurants remain safe, fully operational, and looking their best. Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair restaurant kitchen equipment
- Shop out quotes for parts
- Schedule repairs for major issues beyond your abilities
- Respond to repair requests and prioritize jobs based on urgency and impact
- Handle minor carpentry, painting, patching, and general facility upkeep
- Inspect property for safety issues and maintenance needs
- Lift, move, and transport heavy tools and equipment
- Maintain clear records of repairs and communicate with restaurant managers
- Ensure compliance with safety and food service facility standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role
- Strong project and time management skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple locations
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems (preferred)
- Experience working with restaurant equipment (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
