POSITION TITLE: Facilities Superintendent
STATUS: Full-time 40 hours/week
SALARY RANGE: $65,000 - $75,000 /annual salary (Based on Experience and Qualifications)

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
Previous Supervisory experience
Knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, and equipment operation
Microsoft Office and Computer knowledge
*Pass all pre-employment screening.
Oversees all County building and ground operations, including but not limited to HVAC, computer and related systems; door access systems and controls; and security systems. Supervises all maintenance and fleet garage personnel, including assigned work, evaluates performance and applies disciplinary actions. Maintains budgets for maintenance and housekeeping departments. Reviews proposed plans and bids submitted to the Commissioners. Advises and updates Board of Commissioners and appropriate department heads on building and related issues.
