What We’re Looking For:
Safe and Reliable Driver: You have a clean driving record and are committed to the safety and comfort of our residents while transporting them to appointments, events, and outings.
Skilled Painter: You have experience in interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and general maintenance painting, and take pride in keeping our community looking its best.
Friendly and Compassionate: You enjoy working with seniors and are patient, respectful, and kind in all interactions.
Dependable Team Player: You are punctual, flexible, and ready to support wherever needed in our maintenance and facilities operations.
Senior Living Experience (Preferred): Experience working in a senior care environment is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your care and respect for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Transport residents safely and courteously to and from medical appointments, community outings, and special events using company vehicles.
- Assist residents in and out of vehicles, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance checks of transport vehicles.
- Perform painting duties across the facility, including resident rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic, safety, and senior care transportation guidelines.
- Report any safety concerns, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall care and comfort of our residents.
