Summary
We are seeking a Facility Associate to join our dynamic team at Apex Inspections, Inc. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within our lab and supporting our mission to exceed customer expectations through prompt service and quality inspections. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, motivated, and passionate about contributing to smooth process flows.
Responsibilities
- Shipping and receiving orders.
- Maintain facility, vehicles, supplies, and equipment to ensure a well-functioning work environment. (Preventative Maintenance Duties)
- Building and/or repairing facility structures and/or equipment.
- Organize warehouse and maintain inventory.
- Customer deliveries and pick ups
- Assist in daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self Starter, takes initiative, motivated
