Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires individuals who can effectively communicate, work collaboratively, and adapt to various tasks within the factory environment.
Duties
- Operate and maintain factory machinery, including tow trucks and box trucks, to facilitate the movement of materials.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and product organization.
- Drive commercial vehicles as needed for transporting goods to designated locations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and address any operational issues.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment, including manual transmission vehicles, to ensure safety and functionality.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other factory workers to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license with experience driving commercial vehicles; school bus driving or route driving experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as required by the production process.
- A militarised background is advantageous but not essential for this role.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects as part of daily responsibilities.
