Jefferson County Head Start is a non profit, federally funded preschool program for low income families.
Location to Be Determined (Jefferson, Hebron, Watertown)
The Family Advocate / Family Worker will implement procedures and activities for families including Establishing a relationship with the families of the children enrolled in the Head Start program. The Family Advocate / Family Worker will manage a caseload of up to 45 families dependent on hours worked per week. Responsibilities will include developing Family Partnership Agreements, referring families to needed services and resources in the community and track/document service delivery within the programs tracking system.
