Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (Full Time) Must Have 2 Plus Year Experience with Spanish Speaking
General Summary of Duties: Provide comprehensive physical assessment. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat new and existing patient’s medical conditions. Initiate and interpret possible lab and x-rays. Perform medical and minor surgical procedures in an austere environment. Assist physician in surgical procedures as needed. Prescribe and refer patients for specialized consultation. Use prescriptive authority to write prescription medicines for patients. Conduct follow-up patient care. Coordinate the activities of patient care. Perform emergency and life saving procedures if needed. Weigh loss and ancillary service vaccination; allergy testing and ANS SUDO and Neural Scan etc experience I spell point
Supervision Received: Reports directly to the supervising physician.
Supervision Exercised: None.
Typical Physical Demands: Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Involves bending, stooping, standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds. Will occasionally be required to lift 51 pounds or more with assistance. Requires normal visual acuity and hearing. Requires exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluid.
Typical Working Conditions: Work is performed in a medical office environment. Involves use of the telephone and computer. Some exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, and medicinal preparation and other conditions common to a clinic environment.

Knowledge of the principles and skills needed to provide patient care and treatment. Knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures. Knowledge of medications and their effects on patients. Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment. Skill in administering a variety of treatments and medications as directed. Skill in using various types of equipment for examination and treatment procedures. Skill in maintaining relationships with patients, medical staff , and the public. Ability to maintain quality control standards. Ability to recognize problems and recommend solutions. Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures. Ability to communicate clearly.
Education: Current U.S. Nurse Practitioner certification required (NP-C).or Physician assistant similar experience
