Family Nurse Practitioner needed for Employee Health Wellness Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides services to clinic patients following adopted clinical protocols under the supervision of licensed physicians. Takes complete histories and performs physical examinations in order to provide a health maintenance plan. Diagnoses and treats common illnesses and injuries under established protocols.
$90 hourly for Family Nurse Practitioner
MUST HAVE a DEA in Colorado
Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri - 8a-5p
9 week contract position with possible extension
Ages 2 and up - Family Health OR Primary Care required
EPIC experience preferred
Requirements:
Active license as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Colorado
Primary Care experience
MUST HAVE a DEA in Colorado
BLS
At least ONE YEAR of acute care work experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting
