Overview

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various types of farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment, including welding and using power tools.
- Work with the team as needed to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Participate in planting, growing, and harvesting crops while adhering to agricultural best practices.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal water supply for crops.
- Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment for various farming tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm facilities and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred.
- Supervising experience is a plus for overseeing team members.
- Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery operation and repair is essential.
- Experience with horticulture or greenhouse operations is beneficial.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely.
