Position Overview
We are looking for energetic, fashion-forward live streamers to represent our brand on Whatnot. As a Live Streamer, you will host engaging live shopping shows featuring trendy, name-brand women’s clothing. Your role is to showcase products in a fun, authentic way that excites customers, builds community, and drives sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Host Live Shows: Present women’s clothing during scheduled Whatnot streams with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
- Engage Viewers: Interact with customers in real time—answer questions, highlight product details, and foster a positive, community-driven experience.
- Showcase Fashion Knowledge: Style and model pieces on stream, explaining fit, fabric, brand, and trend relevance.
- Sales & Conversion: Drive enthusiasm around items, encourage bidding, and maximize revenue during each live event.
- Content Prep: Assist in curating, organizing, and pricing inventory for streams.
- Post-Stream Duties: Recap sales, note customer feedback, and coordinate with the packing/shipping team.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a professional yet approachable presence that reflects our company’s values and aesthetic.
Qualifications
- On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable speaking, presenting, and engaging with a live audience.
- Fashion-Savvy: Strong knowledge of current women’s fashion trends, styling, and popular name brands.
- Sales-Oriented: Motivated by hitting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Tech-Friendly: Familiar with streaming platforms, live chat interaction, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
- Reliable & Organized: Punctual for streams, prepared with product knowledge, and detail-oriented in execution.
- Team Player: Able to work with other staff (inventory, shipping, social media) to keep operations smooth.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, sales, or live streaming is a plus.
- Experience with Whatnot, TikTok Live, or other live selling platforms is highly desirable
