Silvercrest Ag & Turf in Limestone, TN is looking to hire Applicators/Spreader Operators with CDL's. We are looking for dependable and hardworking people who understand the seasonal pressure of the agriculture industry.
Applicators/Spreader Operator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Applying fertilizer to various crops with truck spreaders
- Maintaining and repairing spreaders when necessary
- Consistently operating equipment safely in the field and on all roads
- Operating front-end loaders within the plant as needed
- Maintaining fertilizer plant equipment (blenders, load-outs, etc.)
- Hauling fertilizer from the plant to the field
- Tendering fertilizer into spreaders in the field
- Consistently operating the trucks in a safe manner while adhering to DOT regulations. (THERE IS NO OVER THE ROAD DRIVING)
Experience is required. These positions are full time with overtime during the crop season. Applicants must be able to pass a pre- employment drug screen, and possess a valid TN drivers license. For further questions please call 423-257-5079 and ask for Larry.
