F&I Finance Manager's Responsibilities include:
- Building rapport with a variety of customers and determining their Finance & Insurance needs
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Active approach to building value in the products for customers
- Working with banks to provide customers with best financing options
- Managing the paperwork deal flow in your F&I department
- F&I Manager's Qualifications:
- Previous automotive F&I experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Personal commitment to a career in the auto industry
- An outgoing, friendly personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge as well as computer software and internet proficiency
- The ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to behave effectively on a team
- Ability to follow processes and directions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
