F&I Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Must have F&I experience
- Work directly with the sales team and customers to transition them to the financial buying process of the car buying experience
- Consult and sell finance & insurance warranties to customers, preparing paperwork and contracts
- Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on consultative interview process
- Achieving monthly objectives and report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Prior sales and GM experience a plus
