Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. We are willing to train the right person with limited experience as well.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to follow a team leads instructions and maintain a build schedule in a timely manner. This role involves installing and testing fiber in customers homes/office buildings. If you have a strong desire to work in a rewarding field, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
- Install and test fiber
- Conduct field service operations, ensuring all installations meet company standards.
- Utilize tools such as fiber splicers and meters for testing components and ensuring proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to installations, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Collaborate with team members to improve installation processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be able to climb ladders. Mostly 6-8 feet and occasionally extension ladders.
- Ability to work independently in various environments while adhering to safety protocols.
- Ability in using tools such as drills and other installation equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
