Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our install crew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various systems and equipment, ensuring they function efficiently and meet safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, Must be able to read a Tape Measure, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Some out of town work 2 months a year. Will need someone willing to be gone for 2 weeks starting 8/15/2025.
Duties
- Perform installations of equipment and systems according to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Utilize tools such as drill, band saw, grinder.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in installation or maintenance roles is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and tape measure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies.
