We are looking for a driven talent acquisition professional seeking to make an impact as a Field Management Recruiter! This role delivers full-cycle recruitment support with a strong focus on supporting hospitality operations across Xanterra Travel Collection’s portfolio. We’re looking for someone who:

- Strives to deliver a hospitality-driven hiring process from start to finish for both the candidate and the hiring manager
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including intake meetings, strategic sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer creation, and documentation of the candidate journey.
- Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent for leadership and field roles. Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding & Outreach: Leverage social media platforms and professional networks to promote opportunities and engage passive candidates. Explore alternative advertising channels when traditional methods yield limited results.
- Consultative Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling and accurate job descriptions. Provide market insights and guidance to influence hiring decisions and improve talent outcomes.
- Candidate Evaluation & Engagement: Screen and assess candidates against defined criteria, ensuring a strong match with role requirements and organizational culture. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and personalized engagement.
- Technology-Driven Recruitment: Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to identify and engage passive talent. Maintain accurate records and reporting through applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards.
- Offer Management & Compliance: Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop employment offers, ensuring alignment with internal approval processes and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience. Travel, hospitality or retail industry experience preferred.
- Capacity to prioritize a high volume of requisitions and candidate flow.
- Ability to professionally develop, deliver, and present innovative recruiting concepts to hiring managers.
- Aptitude to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
