As the Optima Home Health Care LLC Marketer, you’ll be the face and voice of our agency out in the community. You’ll cultivate meaningful partnerships with physicians, facilities, and community leaders, all while championing the high-quality care we provide.
This isn’t just a job—it’s a mission. You’ll play a critical role in helping seniors and individuals with chronic conditions access the support they need, right in the comfort of their own homes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and maintaining strong referral relationships with doctors’ offices, hospitals, case managers, AFCs, independent living facilities, and more.
- Conducting weekly outreach and community presentations to showcase our services and impact.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and patient census.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting referral trends and marketing performance.
- Representing Optima with professionalism, confidence, and a genuine smile.
- Collaborating with our intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding.
- Attending networking events, health fairs, and industry mixers with energy and enthusiasm!

- Has Experience in Marketing in Home Health Care (required).
