This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to build expertise in event execution, campaign management, and field marketing strategy in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Support the planning and execution of local marketing activities, including trade shows, regional events, webinars, digital campaigns, including Account Based Marketing campaigns and customer engagements.
- Work closely with Sales Team to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals.
- Manage logistics and timelines for regional events from start to finish.
- Assist with content creation and execution of digital campaigns tailored to local markets.
- Track and report performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Help coordinate vendor relationships and manage marketing material production.
- Support co-marketing initiatives with partners to amplify reach and engagement.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, event coordination, or field marketing (internships or agency experience welcome).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce and HubSpot a plus).
- Willingness to travel up to 25–30%
- Experience working with technical products or industrial software.
- Spanish or German language skills are a plus.
- Interest in marketing analytics and reporting.
