About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Field Operations Senior Analyst to join our Global Field Operations team. This role is critical in driving core operational excellence across our go-to-market (GTM) organization. You’ll play a critical role in supporting and executing a range of strategic initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Annual Planning & GTM Design Execution: Play a supporting role in the annual planning process—helping with quota distribution, territory assignments, and capacity modeling alongside senior team members.
- Sales Acceleration & Market Segmentation Insights: Help deliver data-backed insights to support revenue growth and strategic GTM alignment. Participate in segmentation efforts that guide how we cover the market.
- Forecast Cadence Support: Partner with leadership to manage the end-to-end sales forecasting process. Help ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness across systems and teams.
- Pipeline Hygiene Execution: Support the development and enforcement of pipeline standards. Help implement scalable processes, automations, and hygiene routines to drive data quality and visibility.
- Territory Reporting & Analysis: Assist in producing and analyzing reports that evaluate territory performance and design. Provide insights that help optimize GTM coverage and decision-making.
- Strategic Meeting Readiness: Contribute to the preparation and execution of key business forums—including QBRs, leadership meetings, and board updates. Support data gathering, presentation building, and meeting coordination.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Product, RevOps) to support alignment on GTM initiatives. Help connect the dots between strategy and execution.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working directly with sales or GTM teams, especially in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Familiarity with sales planning activities such as quota setting, territory design, or capacity modeling
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, and an understanding of pipeline management best practices
- Exposure to business intelligence or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Sheets with advanced formulas)
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to generate actionable insights
- Experience supporting or preparing materials for executive-level business reviews, QBRs, or board meetings
- Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset and desire to improve how things get done
Comfort navigating cross-functional workstreams and balancing multiple stakeholders
Passion for learning and the motivation to dive into new tools, systems, and strategic topics
