We’re looking for a Field Operations Supervisor — someone dependable, flexible, and hands-on who can bridge the gap between ownership, staff, and clients. This role is part office-based, part in the field, and perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, leading people, and keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise, support, and coach cleaning staff
- Visit job sites to ensure quality and client satisfaction
- Step in to assist or cover shifts when needed
- Handle employee issues, call-offs, and reassignments
- Support scheduling and daily operational logistics
- Communicate with clients and resolve on-site issues
- Deliver supplies, documents, and mail between office, owners, and sites
- Provide light administrative support while in the office
- Report daily updates to ownership
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience in cleaning, facilities, or operations (preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills — able to motivate and hold staff accountable
- Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working in both the office and field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided/Work Vehicle on site available for use)
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset

Schedule & Pay
- Part-time 20 hours guaranteed, up to 30 during busy weeks
- Schedule includes evenings and weekends depending on client/site needs
(Work week days from 5-9, weekends if necessary)
- Pay: Starting at $18/Hr
