We provide excellent installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of actuators, valves, pumps, flow meters, PLCs, and similar equipment. Growing demand for service, as well as a growing reputation for our professionalism, has led us to search for a Full Time Field Service Technician to add to our team.

Field Service Technician
Duties:
- Install/Startup new equipment (i.e., actuators, pumps, valves, PLC) and explain operation and routine maintenance protocols to customers.
- Perform field measurements for adaptations and machining.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot, repair and maintain operational efficiencies in hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.
- Perform annual service visits and complete preventative maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment documentation.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering.
- Experience operating hand tools and power tools .
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
