Field Service Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical systems at customer locations
- Replace or repair mechanical and electrical components as needed
- Perform maintenance and repairs on in-house systems when not on service calls
- Support warranty claims processing and identify necessary replacement parts
- Provide remote technical support, including occasional after-hours assistance (with additional compensation)
- Deliver hands-on training to customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Technology—or equivalent practical experience
- Solid foundation in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems (technical school graduates welcome)
- Ability to interpret schematics and work independently to resolve complex technical issues
- Willingness to travel and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving equipment
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service
